Starting from a simple idea to create a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience — pivilion88 now stands as one of the most trusted names in Malaysia's online entertainment industry.
The two pillars that guide every decision made by the pivilion88 team.
Pivilion88's mission is to provide every player in Malaysia with a fair, safe, and easy-to-use online entertainment platform. We believe every player deserves a transparent gaming experience — where every win is paid in full, every transaction is protected, and every query is answered promptly.
We don't just build a platform — we build trust, one player at a time.
Pivilion88's vision is to become the number one online entertainment platform in Southeast Asia — known not just for the breadth of its game selection, but for its solid reputation in transparency, security, and player commitment. We want every Malaysian player to feel that pivilion88 is their second home when looking for responsible entertainment.
One platform, millions of great memories — and counting.
Pivilion88 wasn't born in a big boardroom or from a distant corporation. This platform was built by a group of individuals who truly understood what Malaysian players are looking for — an honest, fast, and enjoyable gaming experience without any unnecessary hassle.
It all started when our founders — hardcore players themselves — grew frustrated with existing platforms that constantly delayed payouts, offered bonuses riddled with hidden conditions, and provided customer support that was painfully slow to respond. They decided: if there was no platform they could truly trust, why not build one?
With collective experience in payment technology, software development, and the entertainment industry, the team began building pivilion88 from the ground up with one core principle: players first, profits second.
From day one, pivilion88 invested heavily in security infrastructure. 256-bit SSL encryption is applied to all transactions, two-factor authentication is available to protect player accounts, and all games use independently audited RNG to ensure every spin is fair.
Pivilion88's growth wasn't achieved through aggressive advertising or empty promises. It was built the most effective way possible — satisfied players sharing their experiences with friends. When wins are paid out quickly, issues are resolved promptly, and the gaming experience is genuinely enjoyable, good word spreads on its own.
Today, pivilion88 serves over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Johor Bahru to Kuching. Every one of them is part of the ever-growing pivilion88 community.
Pivilion88 launched its first version with a core slots collection and live baccarat tables. The initial response from the Malaysian player community was overwhelmingly encouraging.
Over 300 slot games added, including collaborations with leading international content providers. Total membership reached 50,000.
The pivilion88 app for Android and iOS is now live, letting players enjoy all games directly from their phones with no restrictions.
DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost are fully integrated into the pivilion88 deposit and withdrawal system.
Pivilion88 surpassed the 500,000 registered members milestone and continues to add new games, upgrade infrastructure, and strengthen its 24/7 support team.
Six key reasons why over half a million Malaysian players trust pivilion88 as their go-to entertainment platform.

Pivilion88 Game Provider Partners
Pivilion88 believes that entertainment should always stay as entertainment. We recognize that online gaming can bring tremendous enjoyment when done right — but it can also become a problem when control is lost.
That's why pivilion88 invests in comprehensive responsible gaming features. Players can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within account settings. There are also options to request a temporary account break or full account closure whenever you feel the need.
We also encourage players to only play with money they can afford to lose, never chase losses, and always maintain a healthy balance between entertainment and daily responsibilities. If you or someone you know is experiencing gaming-related issues, help resources are available on our Responsible Gaming page.
